A friend of mine showed my a what looked to be a etching on a substance that appeared to white opaque glass with black lines where the engraving or etching was done. It was I believe a street sceene with color added by a paint over the etching. In the corner in a scroll icon the name Anton Pieck is engraved. It is framed in a small frame with larger frame over it, and the surface area is about the size of a normal sheet of paper.
Could you tell me if this is some sort of kit someone done of his works, or if it's possibly original or another entirely different possibility.
I know nothing about this artist but would like to find out some of this information for my friend.
