We have a painting signed by J.L.v.d.Meide - 24"x36" Ducks (maybe mallards) flying over a lake - tree and bullrushes at side - orange sunset shining on lake so bright that everyone thinks that we have a light on painting. I wish to sell a J. VEERMAN oil-on-canvas painting (24 "x 36").
The subject is a fully rigged ship in full sail battling rough seas. The ship's name is "Passant" or "Dassant". Would you tell me what you can about J. VEERMAN--his life and works and the saleability of such a painting. Thank you for your kindness.

    L.S.,

    Vriendelijke groet,
